Return Conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

Non-Returnable:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

Refund Process:

  • Refunds issued within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
